2. Create Technical Package

Whether you provide functional clothing samples for OEM production or we offer ODM design and manufacturing services, we create a tech pack. This document defines design elements and specifications, including detailed drawings, fabric and trim info, size specs, and technical details. The tech pack is customizable until you’re satisfied.

Our garment 3D virtual rendering services provide diverse virtual sample displays, saving time and costs in development while meeting your specific needs. It offers a comprehensive visual representation of the garment, catering to your various requirements.

3. Sample Production

Sample production is a vital step in bringing design drawings to life as custom functional clothing. Our technical center leverages industrial engineering methods, combining expertise and experience. We establish sewing processes, design templates and fixtures, and analyze labor hours. Optimization and validation ensure efficiency throughout the process.

By using the same processes and fixtures for samples and bulk production, we achieve cost control, stable quality, and high productivity, ensuring safe, reliable, and timely delivery.  Typically, sample production takes 7-10 working days. Evaluated for design, fit, aesthetics, and functionality, approved samples are shipped to you.

4. Mass Production

After your review, evaluation, and approval of the samples, we initiate bulk production in our dedicated garment factory, ensuring quality requirements and technical specifications of the approved samples. Equipped with advanced machinery like needle sewing machines, bar color tack machines, graphic plotters, laser cutting machines, seam sealing machines, strip and band folding machines, and new power inkjet template cutting machines, our professional factory guarantees efficient production processes, controlled quality, and on-time delivery.

5. Quality Control

Our quality control system ensures strict inspection of all custom functional clothing, guaranteeing high-quality products. Material inspections, pre-production meetings, and QC guidance establish production standards. The QC supervisor monitors quality throughout production. The QA team conducts overall inspections. Specialized roles and an order management system enable real-time quality monitoring. Multiple departments collaborate for top-quality garments.
